At The Good Business Club, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality experiences for our attendees. In the event that you are unable to attend one of our events or programs, let us know and we can explore refund options as listed below
Meetups and Networking for Results
- We offer a full refund for tickets if we receive written notice of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event
- Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the event, or for no-shows on the day of the event
Peer Pods
- We offer a full refund for tickets if we receive written notice of your cancellation at least 45 days prior to the start of the event
- If notice of cancellation is between 45 days and 14 days prior to the start of the event, we will offer a 50% refund
- If the notice of cancellation is less than 14 days prior to the start of the event, we cannot offer a refund
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Event Refund Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name and email address used to purchase the ticket
- The name and date of the event you are canceling
Once we receive your request, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days if eligible.
